WHAT WE DO

Building Stronger Families.

We support families in the child welfare system through practical services, training, and community programs designed to ensure stability and lifelong connections.

StoreHouse

StoreHouse is a vital part of Foster One’s mission to support families within the child welfare system. By providing essential items to foster and kinship families, as well as biological families, StoreHouse ensures that children can remain in safe and stable homes. This service plays a crucial role in preventing the removal of children from their families and facilitating reunification efforts.

Families Count

Families Count is a Christ-centered, holistic program designed to restore and preserve families at risk of separation (having their children removed from their homes and placed into foster care) or working toward reunification (for parents who have lost custody of their children). Through a seven-week series of parenting classes ("Counts"), Families Count equips parents with the tools and support needed to rebuild relationships, meet court-ordered requirements, and create stable, loving homes.

C.A.R.E. Support

Our C.A.R.E. (Community Advocacy, Relief, and Engagement) Teams support provides practical relief and builds connections for families navigating the challenges of foster care, particularly kinship foster families who often step into caregiving roles unexpectedly. These teams are designed to meet immediate needs while fostering opportunities for long-term stability through community engagement.
